I have worked with Jessica both in-person and on the JMH app when in-person training was no longer allowed during Covid-19. Working with Jessica is motivating and up-lifting. She has a wonderful ability to motivate you to push yourself more than you think your body will do and encourage you to believe in yourself. She has so much knowledge of training and nutrition and I learned so much from her about how the body works and the importance of strength training as I get older. She helped me change my eating habits and adopt a cleaner and healthier eating style that would fuel my body to perform. After every training session I felt stronger and better about myself—I always finished the session in a better mood!
When I had to go online with the JMH App, Jessica made personalized programs fro me to help me continue to reach my goals. She sent supportive messages and adapted the workouts when I was having problems or needed something new to keep me motivated.
