I have been training with Jessica Morris since 2017, when after years of extreme dieting and exercise I found myself at my heaviest, extremely tired and always unhappy. At that time, a friend of time who is also a health professional, recommended Jessica because of her holistic approach and well-rounded knowledge of not only fitness, but also nutrition.

What I didn’t know then, was that Jessica would steer me on my long journey to discovering the underlying health issues that were preventing me from losing weight. From her vast knowledge of the body, she was able to recognize that something wasn’t right, what I have been telling medical doctors and family members for years. Had she only focused on what I was eating and what workouts I was doing, I might never have figured out the roadblocks I needed to address before I could lose the weight.

Training with Jessica has been one of the greatest educational experiences of my life. She has given my so much more than mean plans and workouts, she has shared years of her hard earned education and wisdom with me.

Today I am 60 pounds lighter that first, very difficult day in the gym. I am stronger than I ever thought I could be, and doing workouts that I not only enjoy, but ones I know will keep me healthy and strong as I become older. I now have a deeper understanding and appreciation of my body, inside and out, and I owe that entirely to Jessica.
